EASYFOLD
FORMATTING
ProGuidez specializes in what is known as
Hinge-Lamination Formatting and the EasyFold Format,
which is a
process that transforms any printed sheet into a unique folded
laminated product.
What
makes the EasyFold Formatting so unique? It is the
only true method to create a folded laminated product that lies
completely flat when folded. Anything that can be folded can be
EasyFolded!
How
does it work?
The printed sheet is cut along the areas that are to be folded,
leaving a thin channel that is then laminated over to create a
plastic "Hinge". The laminated "Hinge" acts
like a crease, yet unlike a crease it folds effortlessly because
it is the thinnest point of the finished product
